1/35 Academy M1025 HMMWV

I've recently restarted my old hobby of making scale models and I'll most likely be posting my works here. This is one of my latest works.

An Academy 1/35 scale HMMWV modified to look like a USMC 1st Recon HMMWV based on the TV series "Generation Kill" which was used during the invasion of Iraq back in 2003. Except for the one tarp at the rear end of the vehicle, all stowage including the spare tire and IFF red flag on the hood were scratch built using Tamiya's Quick Putty. Weathering was done with Humbrol's enamel wash and Tamiya's Weathering Master. Base coat was applied using Tamiya's spray can paint (TS-46 Light Sand) before painting in camo patterns.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get any Bravo Company markings on as the door is different from the one used IRL. This is my first try at weathering vehicles and I like how it turned out.
